ISSUE: Reapprove the meeting minutes of City Council from April 2020 through June 2021.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council reapprove the meeting minutes from meetings from April 2020 through June 2021 and ratify the approval at the first in-person meeting on July 6, 2021.
DISCUSSION: City Council has conditionally approved meeting minutes at their virtual meetings. With the City Council resuming in-person meetings on July 6, 2021, the minutes need reapproval and ratification at this meeting.
