Receipt of Annual and Attendance Reports for Council-Appointed Boards, Commissions and Committees for July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019.

ISSUE: Received the annual and attendance reports from boards, commissions, and committees.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the reports from Council appointed boards, commissions, and committees form July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019, thank the volunteers for their service to the community, and to vacate positions for lack of attendance.
BACKGROUND:: Boards, commissions, and committees are required to submit annual reports and attendance reports to the City Clerk and Clerk of Council for submission to City Council for review. Attachment 1 is a compilation of annual and attendance reports received from boards, commissions, and committees. The reports include information from each board or commission detailing activities, major events sponsored by the committees, recruitment plans for new members, and attendance reports.
