DOCKET TITLE:
TITLE
Introduction and Consideration of a Renewed Five-Year License Agreement with Cox Virginia Telecom, LLC. To Permit Cox Virginia Telecom's Existing Conduits and Fiber Optic Cables to Remain in the City of Alexandria's Public Rights-of-Ways.
BODY

Vienna. In March 2019, City Council approved a five-year License Agreement with Cox to install conduit and fiber optic cables in the City's public rights-of-ways to provide telecommunication services in the City (not cable television) (Attachment 2). This Agreement will expire at the end of this month. Cox seeks to extend the existing Agreement upon the same terms and conditions as the original Agreement, as amended.
