ISSUE: To determine the process that will guide FY 2025 budget deliberations.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt the proposed resolution (Attachment) establishing the process to be used to adopt the FY 2025 Operating Budget and the FY 2025 to FY 2034 Capital Improvement Program.
BACKGROUND: This resolution will establish the framework for City Council’s deliberations for the FY 2025 Operating Budget and FY 2025 to FY 2034 Capital Improvement Program to be presented for City Council consideration on February 27, 2024.
FISCAL IMPACT: None.
