ISSUE: Receipt of a Viewers’ Report for Vacation #2023-00003
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive and approve the viewers’ report for the vacation of property associated with Upland Park Foster Avenue.
BACKGROUND: City Council approved the vacation of the property at its May 13, 2023 public hearing meeting. The following viewers were also appointed at the meeting: Debra Roepke, Jennifer Atkins, and Jeanette Ankoma-Sey. Viewers are appointed by the Mayor and the governing body to view the property and report in writing any inconvenience that would result from discontinuing the use of the property. The attached letter is the finding of the group
