ISSUE: Receipt of Viewers’ report for Vacation #2022-00002.
RECOMMENDATION: That Council receive and approve the viewers’ report for the vacation of public right-of-way adjacent to the property at 4600 Eisenhower Avenue.
BACKGROUND: City Council approved the vacation of the public right-of-way adjacent to the property at 4600 Eisenhower Avenue at its November 12, 2022 public hearing meeting. The following viewers were also appointed at the meeting: Debra Roepke, Ann Tucker and Dak Hardwick. Viewers are appointed by the governing body to view the property and report in writing any inconvenience that would result from discontinuing the use of the property. The attached letter is the finding of the group.
