Consideration of City Council Schedule.

ISSUE: City Council Schedule.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council:
1. Receive and approve the FY 2021 City Council Schedule for July 2021 with the noted time change to 9:00 p.m. for the USA/Alexandria Birthday Celebration; and
2. Receive and adopt the updated Proposed FY 2022 City Council Schedule which includes:
• Fall CIP Worksession #1 - Wednesday, September 29th at 7 p.m., location TBD;
• Fall CIP Worksession #2 - Wednesday, October 13th at 7 p.m., location TBD;
• Fall CIP Worksession #3 - Wednesday, October 27th at 7 p.m., location TBD; and
• City Council Retreat - Saturday, November 6th at 9:00 a.m., location TBD.
DISCUSSION: As discussed for the July 6 meeting it will be held in person in the Council Chamber. It should be noted that locations for FY 2022 Council schedule and dates for the upcoming FY 2023 budget worksessions are being worked on and are not yet ready for Council consideration.
