ISSUE: A resolution to revise the Transportation & Environmental Services Department Fees to add a new fee for On-Street Reserved Motorcoach Parking Permit.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt the attached Resolution (Attachment) as part of the FY 2021 Approved Budget. The new fee(s) will be effective July 1, 2020.
BACKGROUND: This memorandum provides detailed information regarding a proposed $5 Department of Transportation & Environmental Services (T&ES) fee for FY 2021. The new fee is projected to bring in an additional $6,000 in revenue for the City in FY 2021.

a. 500 block of North Union Street (5 spaces)
b. 900 block of North St. Asaph Street (3 spaces)
3. Paid, reserved long-term parking, with daily and overnight rates ($20 & $45)
a. George Washington Masonic Temple, 101 Callahan Drive (~25 spaces)
The fee would apply to the reserved short-term parking spaces under item 2. Currently, users must obtain a free permit from the City's website. This proposal would charge $5...
