Consideration of City Council Schedule.

ISSUE: City Council Schedule.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive and approve the updated September 2019 through June 2020 Council Schedule which includes:
• A Ribbon Cutting for the Four Mile Run Playground Renovation on Saturday, September 14 at 8:30 a.m. The event will be held at 3909 Bruce Street;
• A Joint Work Session with the Arlington County in regard to Proposed Inclusive Growth Task Force on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., location TBD;
• The Annual City Tree Lighting will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Market Square;
• The Days of Remembrance is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 12 p.m. in Market Square;
• The Budget Work Sessions from February 2020 through May 2020;
• T.C. Williams Graduation, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 9 a.m. and will be held at GMU, Eagle Bank Arena; and
• The City Council Public Hearing has been moved to Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
DISCUSSION: The locations of the budget work sessions vary and are noted on the calendar. The four planned fall work sessions on FY 2021 to FY 2030 Capital Improvement Program issues are in the process of being scheduled.
