Consideration of Appointment of Viewers for Vacation #2019-0001 (100 East Luray Avenue).

ISSUE: Viewers have to be appointed to review Vacation #2019-0001 (100 East Luray Avenue) prior to approval of the ordinance for this vacation.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the three viewers appointed by Mayor Wilson and have the City Clerk notify them of their appointment and responsibilities. Mayor Wilson selected the following viewers:
Jeanette Ankoma-Sey
James Kapsis
Ann Tucker (chair)
BACKGROUND: Vacation #2019-0001 (100 East Luray Avenue) was approved by City Council at the April 13, 2019 Public Hearing Meeting.
