Consideration of City Council Schedule.

ISSUE: City Council Schedule.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council:
1. Receive the updated City Council Schedule which includes:
• The Annual Earth Day Event on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Lenny Harris Memorial Fields (1005 Mount Vernon Avenue);
• T.C. Williams High School Graduation is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. and will be held at the EagleBank Arena (George Mason University);
• Establishing the new Patrick Henry Recreation Center as the site for Council’s January 26 Retreat; and
2. Approve the City Council Schedule for January 2019 to June 2019.
DISCUSSION: Since the T.C. Williams High School graduation has been scheduled for Saturday, June 15, we have moved the Public Hearing to Saturday, June 22.
