Consideration of City Council Schedule.

ISSUE: City Council Schedule.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council:
1. Receive the Updated City Council Schedule which includes:
• Volunteers in Public Service Appreciation Program which is scheduled for Monday, April 23 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and will be held on Market Square;
• A Joint Work Session with City Council and Alexandria City School Board scheduled for Saturday, May 5, from 9:00 a.m. - Noon, 2900 Business Center Drive;
• The Spring for Alexandria Event on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Various locations throughout the City);
• A Joint Work Session with City Council and Alexandria City School Board scheduled for Saturday, May 19, from 9:00 a.m. - Noon, 1340 Braddock Place, School Board Room; and
• The Business Philanthropy Summit that is scheduled for Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and will be held at the G.W. Masonic Temple (101 Callahan Drive).
2. Approve the City Council Schedule.
