Consideration of Appointment of a New Viewer for Vacation #2017-0008 (2410 and 2460 Mill Road).

ISSUE: A New viewers has to be appointed to review VAC #2017-0008. Previously appointed viewers are unable to fulfill their duties.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive the new viewer appointed by Mayor Silberberg and have the City Clerk notify him of his appointment and responsibilities. Mayor Silberberg appointed the following person as a viewer:
Joseph LaMountain (2410 and 2460 Mill Road)
BACKGROUND: Vacation #2017-0008 (2410 and 2460 Mill Road) was approved by City Council at the January 20, 2018 Public Hearing Meeting.
