Consideration of Appointment of Viewers for VAC #2017-0008 (2410 and 2460 Mill Road).

ISSUE: Viewers have to be appointed to review VAC #2017-0008 for approval of the ordinances for the vacation.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the three viewers appointed by Mayor Silberberg and have the City Clerk notify them of their appointment and responsibilities. Mayor Silberberg selected the following viewers:
Raighne Delaney
Jeannette Ankoma-Sey (chair)
Dan Solomon
BACKGROUND: Vacation #2017-0008 (2410 and 4260 Mill Road) was approved by City Council at the January 20, 2018 public hearing meeting.
