Consideration of Appointment of Viewers for VAC #2017-0010 (4905 Maury Lane).

ISSUE: Viewers have to be appointed to review VAC #2017-0010 for approval of the ordinance for the vacation.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the three viewers appointed by Mayor Silberberg and have the City Clerk notify them of their appointment and responsibilities. Mayor Silberberg selected the following viewers:
Jason Dechant
Shelli Vasser Gilliam (chair)
John Humphrey
BACKGROUND: Vacation #2017-0010 (4905 Maury Lane) were approved by City Council at the January 18, 2018 public hearing meeting.
