Consideration of Appointment of Viewers for VAC #2017-0009 (1600 North Frazier Street); VAC #2017-0011 (1615 North Frost Street); and VAC #2017-0012 (4001 Lawrence Avenue).

ISSUE: Viewers have to appointed to review VAC #2017-0009 (1600 North Frazier Street); VAC #2017-0011 (1615 North Frost Street; and VAC #2017-0012 (4001 Lawrence Avenue) for approval of the ordinances for these vacations.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the three viewers appointed by Mayor Silberberg and have the City Clerk notify them of their appointment and responsibilities. Mayor Silberberg selected the following viewers:
David Kaplan
John LaValle
Ann Tucker (chair)
BACKGROUND: Vacation #2017-0009 (1600 North Frazier Street), Vacation #2017-0011 (1615 North Frost Street), and Vacation 2017-0012 (4001 Lawrence Avenue) were approved by City Council at the January 20, 2018 public hearing meeting.
