Consideration of Appointment of a New Viewer for Vacation #2017-0005 (116 West Alexandria Avenue) and Vacation #2017-0006 (118 West Alexandria Avenue).

ISSUE: A new viewer has to be appointed to review VAC #2017-0005 and VAC #2017-0006. One of the previously appointed viewers is unable to fulfill her duties.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive the new viewer appointed by Mayor Silberberg and have the City Clerk notify her of the appointment and responsibilities. Mayor Silberberg appointed the following person as a viewer:
Jeanette Ankoma-Sey
Mayor Silberberg also requested that Ann Tucker serve as the chair for this set of viewers.
BACKGROUND: Vacation #2017-0005 (116 West Alexandria Avenue) and Vacation #2017-0006 (118 West Alexandria Avenue) were approved by City Council at the October 14, 2017 Public Hearing Meeting.
