Consideration of City Council Schedule.

ISSUE: City Council Schedule.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council:
1. Receive the City Council Schedule for October 2017 to June 2018; and
2. Approve the City Council Schedule.
DISCUSSION: At Council’s recent meeting, the question of holding the April 2018 public hearing on April 28 was discussed. That date was changed to avoid conflicting with the City’s planned April 21 Earth Day Event. One other option was not previously brought to Council’s attention, and that is scheduling the April public hearing on April 14. That was not an option in 2017 because of Spring break week, but could be in 2018 because Spring break week occurs in the last week of March.
