Consideration of City Council Schedule.

ISSUE: City Council Schedule.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council:
1. Receive the City Council Schedule for September 2017 to June 2018; and
2. Approve the City Council Schedule.
DISCUSSION: The official date for Earth Day is Sunday, April 22, 2018 and the City usually holds their Annual Earth Day event the day before. In this case, it would be April 21, 2018, the normal date of the Public Hearing. Thus, April 28 was selected to accommodate the event and can be moved to April 21 if City Council does not object to having its Public Hearing meeting conflict with the City’s Annual Earth Day event.
