ISSUE: Adoption of the City’s Legislative Package for the 2017 General Assembly Session.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt the following items, as set out in Attachment 1, for inclusion in the City’s Legislative Package for the 2017 General Assembly Session: items A.1 through A.7, B.1 through B.3, C.1 through C.6, and D.1 through D.16.
DISCUSSION: On October 25, staff presented to Council the City’s 2017 Legislative Package proposals. A public hearing on the Package was held on November 12. At the hearing, Council added an item in support of continued funding for the State Housing Trust Fund (Item D.16).
