Consideration of Receipt of City Council Closed Meetings for FY 2015-2016.

ISSUE: Receipt of the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Report on City Council Closed Executive Sessions.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the report.
BACKGROUND: City Council Resolution 2707, adopted on January 30, 2016, requests the City Clerk to publish a report on all executive session activity in the previous fiscal year and notes that it shall be docketed each year for Council review.
DISCUSSION: The report was placed on the City Council website on July 21, 2016.
FISCAL IMPACT: None.
