Consideration of City Council Schedule.

ISSUE: City Council Schedule
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council:
1. Approve the FY 2015 Council Schedule for June (Attachment 1); and
2. Adopt the Proposed FY 2016 Council Calendar (Attachment 2) with the following changes:
· The addition of the National League of Cities Conference in Nashville, Tennessee from November 4 through November 7, 2015; and
· Moving the Tuesday, March 22, 2016 Second Legislative meeting to Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
DISCUSSION: During the June 10 Legislative Meeting, City Council requested that two adjustments be made to the proposed FY 2016 Council Calendar.
