DATE: NOVEMBER 5, 2014

TO: THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF CITY COUNCIL

FROM: RASHAD M. YOUNG, CITY MANAGER/s/

DOCKET TITLE:
TITLE
Consideration of the Annual Board and Commission Attendance Report for Fiscal Year 2014.

ISSUE: Receipt of the annual report on board and commission attendance for Fiscal Year 2014.
