[KJ1]Christina - I'm in the process of updating our notice templates with consistent case descriptions. Here's an example where I used the language in the ZO "multi-unit residential dwelling" but Planners want to use "mixed-use residential building" or "multi-unit residential building". I don't think either description is technically wrong, except that my suggestion should just read "multi-unit dwelling" since residential dwelling is redundant. Aside from that, do you have a preference for the legal notice - the ZO description "multi-unit dwelling" ...
