Public Hearing and consideration of requests for: (A) Amendment to the Eisenhower East Small Area Plan chapter of the Maste Plan to modify the height and base density of Block 3 and Block 9 in CDD#2; (B) Coordinated Development District (CDD) Concept Design Plan amendment to increase building height to a maximum of 365 feet and to allow for density transfers within the CDD; and (C) a Development Special Use Permit and Site Plan to construct a multi-unit residential building with ground floor commercial uses, and Special Use Permit requests to exceed the maximum required parking for residential and commercial uses and the exclusion of loading space floor area per Section 7-2503 of the Zoning Ordinance; zoned CDD#2/Coordinated Development District #2.
