ISSUE:  Consideration of City Council Schedule.
 
RECOMMENDATION:  That City Council:
  1. Receive the updated City Council Schedule which includes:
  • Bike to Work Day 2013 on Friday, May 17 at 8 a.m. on Market Square;
  • The Project Discovery Reception is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29 at 6:30 p.m. in the Vola Lawson Lobby;
  • The Annual Waterfront Walk with Staff is scheduled for Saturday, June 8 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Oronoco Bay Park (Madison Street);
  • The Annual Alexandria/USA Birthday Celebration on Saturday, July 13, at Oronoco Bay Park (100 Madison Street) from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and
  1. Approve the Council Schedule.
