Receipt of Annual and Attendance Report for Council Appointed Boards, Commissions, and Committees from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.

ISSUE: Receive the annual and attendance reports from boards, commissions and committees.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the reports from Council appointed boards, commissions, and committees from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023. The request also includes consideration of removal of members who have not met the 75% meeting attendance requirement.
BACKGROUND: Boards, commissions, and committees are required to submit annual reports and attendance reports to the City Clerk and Clerk of Council for submission to City Council for review. Attachment 1 is a compilation of annual reports and attendance reports from boards and commissions.
DISCUSSION: The following boards/commissions have submitted reports:
