Receipt of Annual and Attendance Reports for Council Appointed Boards, Commissions, and Committees from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.

ISSUE: Receive the annual and attendance reports from boards, commissions, and committees.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive the reports from Council-appointed boards, commissions and committees from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. The request also includes consideration of removal of members who have not met the 75% meeting attendance requirement.
BACKGROUND: Boards, commissions, and committees are required by City Code to submit annual reports and attendance reports to the City Clerk and Clerk of Council (Executive Secretary for Boards and Commissions) for submission to City Council for review. The reports include information from each board or commission detailing activities, major events sponsored by the board/committee, recruitment plans for new members, and attendance reports.
DISCUSSION: The following boards/commissions have submitted annual reports and attendance reports:
