ISSUE: Receipt of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 First Quarter Capital Projects Status Report as relates to City Council approved capital projects.

RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive as information the FY 2025 First Quarter Capital Projects Status Report.

BACKGROUND: The FY 2025 First Quarter Capital Projects Status Report is attached to this docket memo, which covers project progress through September 30, 2024, for active capital projects with moderate to high complexity and community visibility. The executive summary provides detail on the Project Progress Report format. The progress report pages provide updates on active projects. The Capital Funds Financial Summary provides the current accounting for capital project budgets.
